L’oréal Nude Magique Cushion Foundation.
Today I give a review on the new Cushion Foundation from L’oréal Paris. I saw this one on the TV and the first thing I thought was, I need to have that! It looked so interesting! Let’s try it out together!
I really like the packaging, It looks so feminine and classy! The lid is a metallic pink color and the rest of it is a sweet light pink color. It’s so pretty, and it looks really nice on my dressing table!
When you open the little lid, the first thing you see is the application sponge. It has a nice size mirror in it as well! It’s so cute, I just can’t say it enough!
Now the most exiting part, let’s take a look at the product itself! It looks really good. I have the one in the color: 01 Porcelain. When I open the lid I was kinda worried because the product looked quite dark, luckily it looked much lighter on my skin so pfff, calm down Sam. When I gently pressed my finger in the Cushion it was a really wet feeling and there was a lot of product on my finger, so that’s a bonus, you don’t need to press very hard into the cushion to get the product out!
This product claims to be a dewy glow foundation, that it’s build-able and that’s it’s gives a natural perfect finish. It also has SPF 29 in it so another plus! (only the number 29 I found a little weird, but okay…). Also this kind of foundation, the cushion style, originally came from Asia, it is very popular there. And you can take it with you everywhere you go!
Now on to the application!
The application took a while because you need to tap of course. It went smoothly on my face, but I did need to tap in the cushion a couple of times to get my whole face covered. I only did one layer because I don’t like it when my face is too perfect. The coverage is pretty good and I think with a second layer it is a true full coverage foundation! It was extremely glowy, and I really liked that! It also felt really nice on my skin, it actually felt like I had nothing on! Surprisingly it lasted all day long, It still looked really well on the end of the day, it didn’t became ugly or flaky and it still looked really glowy! It is also a very good foundation for dry skin, my dry patches were not really visible, which they always tend to do with foundation, but not with this one!
I can say I am very happy I own this Foundation now form L’oréal Paris! It’s really my new favorite foundation! The only downside is the application time, but I think I can look over that!
I hope you all liked this review, let me know what you think and what you wanna see in the next review!
