Hi guys! Here we are with the long awaited wedding post. It’s already almost a half year ago but still very much worth to share. They always say that your wedding day is the most wonderful day you will experience and that you will never forget, and let’s just say I was a bit sceptic but it actually was the best day of my life so far, I know super cliche!
The day before I went to my moms because first of all I needed to get ready quite early the next day and because yeah, tradition? It was a lot of fun and really weird to sleep over at my moms again, we pampered ourself and I already did my nails for the big day.
This was the first day since me and my now husband haven’t spend the night together since we live together and it was kinda weird. But there it was, the day we stressed about so much and planned our asses off. I was so super nervous, not because I wasn’t sure but more for him to see me haha. I started doing my own makeup because as a so called “beauty guru” I needed to do my own makeup of course. I also helped my mom with hers as the specialist I am, uhum. After my makeup my mom did my hair which looked amazing! Then it was time to put on my big dress and accessorize. I have seen all the things on its own but never together so I didn’t know what to expect but I was really happy with the result.
Then the moment of truth, I’ve heard that Perry was in the building so it was almost time for him to see me, my heart was in my chest I was so super nervous oh my! He ringed the doorbel and there he was looking all smart, I’ve never seen him like that so it was nice for my eyes as well. He was kinda speechless when he saw me which was really cute. When I was finally with him all my nerves went away and I was ready to do this thing!
We drove to the town hall, luckily the weather was amazing at this point. The whole ceremony was amazingly done and I was really happy with it, it was just what I wanted.
After the ceremony it was time to take the pictures, which took 2 hours or so but they look super nice so I don’t really mind!
After everything it was time for the party, all our family and friends were already at the venue waiting for us, we had a lovely dinner with everyone and they also planned a really funny game for us which was hilarious! After that it was time to cut the cupcakes which I made the day previous to this, they were so yummy and I was really proud of how they looked!
This day was amazing, tiring but so good. Nothing went wrong and everything went how we wanted too so I’m glad. We also got super many nice presents and cards. All by all it was worth everything, all the blood sweat and tears because it was truly a day to never forget!
I hope you enjoyed reading my little story and I will see you all next time!
