Hi guys! How are you all doing? This blog post is kind off a weight loss one. As you all know I quite struggle with this and I’ve been wanting to lose weight for a long time. I already have lost some but it’s going super slow!
In my last post I already told you about my weight not changing or even only get higher even though I started doing healthy things and working out. I also talked about speeding up my metabolism as I think that’s the reason why everything is the way it is. I’ve been on a “diet” for so long that my body just got lazy in some sort of way. It’s used to everything I do now and although it’s scary and a weird thought I need to consume more calories in order to lose weight. I also try to eat more protein, and drink more water as that is what the internet told me to do lol. My leg is still not really healed so running is not on the agenda right now unfortunately, I really hope I can pick it up again soon. I do want to go out and go for a walk on the same days though.
On the internet it also says that weight training also helps with speeding up your metabolism so yesterday I wrote a little workout program again for the I don’t even know how many times. I’ve tried it before but nothing really sticks which is a shame. I really hope I can concur this whole metabolism thing and if I do I will definitely do a whole post about it and all the things I’ve done to get past that stupid weight plateau. Unfortunately we’re not that far yet and I’m still constantly figuring out myself on which things work and which don’t. I really hope these things help otherwise I’m kinda lost.
